Sr. System And Archive Engineer (IT)
Allama Iqbal University, Pakistan2nd class graduation in computer science/ software engineering / IT / Telecom engineering or equivalent from a HEC recognized university.
ResponsibilitiesOperations and maintenance of playout server.
Monitor and maintain computer systems and support the resolution of requests.
Analyze and assist in resolving all issues and perform regular troubleshooting to ensure smooth operation of hardware, software, services, and applications.
Maintain security, backup, and redundancy strategies.
Liaise with ICT personnel for problem resolution.
Maintenance of virtual infrastructure.
Responsible for assembling, cataloging, preserving, and managing valuable collections on a daily basis.
Locate the necessary files from a computer or other sources as required.
Issue and return material on the relevant IT system and to/from the physical storage location.
Capture and digitize the IPT and transmission archival staff provided by DSNG, NLE, and Fixed Link desks.
Responsible for documentation of archival resources.
