You will collaborate with hiring managers to develop effective recruitment strategies, and you will use a variety of sourcing techniques to find qualified candidates. Additionally, he/she will be responsible for screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring process from start to finish.Responsibilities:Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talentPartner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and understand job requirementsSource candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media, and employee referralsReview resumes and applications to identify qualified candidatesConduct phone and in-person interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fitManage the candidate pipeline, tracking progress and providing regular updates to hiring managersNegotiate salary and benefits packages with candidatesConduct reference and background checks as necessaryEnsure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment processQualificationsBachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field4+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisitionStrong knowledge of recruitment techniques and best practicesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and candidatesDemonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyExperience with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment technology toolsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills are essential for success in this role.
