Information Security Analyst vacancy in Ar Rass, Saudi ArabiaJob Title: Information Security AnalystAs an Information Security Analyst, you will be responsible for protecting the organization's sensitive information from cyber threats. This role requires a high level of technical knowledge and expertise in information security, as well as strong analytical skills and attention to detail.Key Responsibilities:Conduct regular security assessments and vulnerability scans to identify potential risks and vulnerabilities.Develop and implement security protocols and procedures to safeguard against cyber attacks.Monitor network activity and investigate any suspicious incidents or breaches.Stay updated on the latest security threats and industry best practices to ensure the organization's systems are secure.Collaborate with IT teams to ensure all systems are up-to-date with necessary security patches.Conduct regular training sessions for employees on information security policies and procedures.Perform risk assessments and develop contingency plans in case of a security breach.Maintain documentation of all security measures, incidents, and remediation efforts.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.2+ years of experience in information security, preferably in a corporate setting.Strong knowledge of network protocols, firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and other security technologies.Experience with vulnerability assessment tools such as Nessus or Qualys.Knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, Linux) and databases (SQL Server, Oracle).Ability to analyze large amounts of data to identify potential risks or vulnerabilities.Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications:Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) or Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certification is a plus.Experience working with cloud computing environments such as AWS or Azure.Familiarity with regulatory compliance standards such as GDPR or ISO 27001.Location: This position is based in Ar Rass, Saudi Arabia.Language Requirement: This role requires proficiency in English, both written and verbal.Employment Type: This is a full-time position, with the option for part-time work available.
