Eram Talent is currently looking for an experienced Engineering Supervisor with a background in the hospitality industry to join our team. As the Engineering Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the engineering operations of our hospitality clients. You will ensure that all engineering activities are carried out efficiently and effectively, maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.ResponsibilitiesSupervise and lead a team of engineers and techniciansPlan and coordinate maintenance and repair activities for the facilities and equipmentEnsure compliance with safety regulations and protocolsMaintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activitiesDevelop and implement preventive maintenance programs for facilitiesCoordinate with vendors and contractors for outsourced maintenance and repairsProvide technical support to the engineering team as neededManage and control the engineering budgetRequirementsBachelor's degree in Engineering or a related fieldMinimum of 5 years of experience in engineering or maintenance roles in the hospitality industryStrong knowledge of building systems and equipmentExperience in managing a team of engineers and techniciansExcellent communication and leadership skillsAbility to prioritize and manage multiple tasksKnowledge of safety regulations and protocolsProficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) softwareExperience with maintenance management software is a plusAbility to work well under pressure and meet deadlinesBenefitsSalary is not a constraint, the company is looking for the right candidate.
