Job details

Responsibilities:Oversee the planning, design, and construction of steel structural projects.Monitor and inspect structural work to ensure compliance with design specifications and safety standards.Provide guidance on structural engineering principles and solutions for complex challenges.Coordinate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to achieve project objectives.Conduct quality checks to guarantee structural integrity and durability of steel structures.Manage project budgets, expenses, and timelines effectively.Advise on appropriate steel materials and specifications for different structural elements.Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies for steel structural projects.Ensure adherence to local and international regulations and codes for steel construction.Engage with clients to understand their requirements and provide technical insights.Essential Requirements:Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering. Master's degree is a plus.Experience: Minimum of 12 years in structural engineering, specifically in steel structural projects.Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.Proficiency in structural analysis software like ETABS or StaadPro.Strong communication and leadership skills to work effectively in a team environment.Ability to troubleshoot and resolve structural issues efficiently.Knowledge of building codes and regulations related to steel structures.
