Job Description:Main Duties and AuthoritiesWork in accordance and in coordination with peers and line manager to achieve the pre-set annual sales target.Meet customer inquiries (existing or new product) and demand within realistic time target (start to end).Identify the strengths and weaknesses of existing clients.Negotiate and finalize the selling price of every selling item under company business entity, having them approved by DGM.Develop clear accountability between field sales personnel and the back office (CSD).Maintain direct management contact with every customer and ensure visits to each of them as a routine, irrespective of volume of business but according to the overall potential.Update the annual sales target as agreed.Provide routine sales development updates.Prepare quarterly forecast plans based on market (customer) commitment.Collect market price insights for each customer and product sector (price benchmarking).Identify bottlenecks, obstacles, challenges, and opportunities of each deal or proposal and recommend clear way forward to minimize time losses.Ensure closure of all customer complaints and return-related issues in the earliest possible time by recording and reporting.Lead related departments (quality, production, accounts) through an organized & timed agenda to reach plausible conclusions safeguarding the company's business interests.Be custodian and answerable for every developmental project opened under their authority and reporting line.Responsible for all receivables (payment collection) carried out for their customer account.Ensure timely collections from all customers and follow up with financially faltering clients to increase company profitability.Perform any other work assigned.Language RequirementsArabic - Native / Mother TongueEnglish - Very GoodOwn a CarAnyHave Driving LicenseAnyJob SkillsBachelor's Degree from a recognized university.Min 2-3 years of sales experience in the printing and packaging business.Excellent English with a valid driving license is a must.Proven sales track record.Proven team leadership record and experience in dealing with a multi-cultured environment.Familiarity with demand and forecasting methodology and techniques.Familiarity with ERP systems.Demonstrated written and oral communication skills; confidence with presentation skills.Computer literate (Microsoft Office).Knowledge of paper, film, foil will be a plus.About The Company
