Job Description

• Create detailed technical drawings, 3D models, and renderings.
• Leverage creative thinking to develop unique, innovative design concepts that align with the client’s vision.
• Work closely with sales designer to understand client’s design preferences, lifestyle needs, and project requirements.
• Select materials, finishes, fixtures, and furnishings that align with the design concept and budget.
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and clients throughout the design and execution process.

Job Requirements

• Possess at least a Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or equivalent.
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior design or architecture, with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3D Max, or similar programs.
• Creative with strong conceptual thinking and the ability to develop unique design ideas.
• Able to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work independently, as well as in a team.
• Possess own transport to travel to project sites as required.
