Start Date: 1 November 2024 Our client in the financial services sector is looking for Sales Consultants for their call centre. The Sales Consultant is responsible for advising clients on suitable insurance policies, assessing their needs, and facilitating the purchase of insurance products. Duties: - Call clients to understand their insurance needs and financial goals. - Conduct thorough assessments of clients' current insurance coverage and identify gaps. - Explain policy terms and conditions, including coverage limits, premiums, and exclusions. - Handle objections. - Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies. - Achieve sales targets. Required: - Minimum of 2 years Call Centre sales experience. - Matric (Grade 12) Essential. - Self-disciplined and highly driven. - RE and FAIS Credits (advantageous) Basic + Commission + incentives + other benefits on offer We seek enthusiastic Store Credit Consultants to sell and promote. Key Responsibilities: - Engage with customers and explain the benefits of the card and other financial products offered. - Process account applications and issue store account cards to customers. - Promote and create awareness around store finance offerings. - Achieve in-store new account targets for loans and cards. - Assist in the planning and execution of in-store promotions with management. Qualifications, Skills & Experience: - Matric/Grade 12- No experience needed - Retail experience in sales and customer service environment (advantageous)- Flexible working hours and willingness to work in different stores Our client, in the financial services sector, is looking for a Sales Consultant to sell personal loans to clients. The successful candidates will be responsible for initiating sales calls and effectively converting prospects into customers. Requirements:
- Outbound sales calls to prospects and potential clients.
- Present loan options, explain terms and conditions, and address any concerns or objections raised by prospects.
- Use persuasive techniques to convince prospects to consider the loan solutions and proceed with the application process.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the company.
- Adhere to all regulatory requirements and internal policies governing the sale of loan products.
- At least 2 years outbound sales experience.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a target-driven environment.
- Knowledge of loan products, financial regulations, and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
