End User Support Specialist

Greetings from Tata Consultancy Services!! We are hiring for EUC Admin !! Experience: 7-10 years Location: Pune Required Technical Skillset: End User Support, Active Directory, Office 365, Patch / MDM Interview Date: 19-Sep-2024 (Thursday) Mode of Interview: Online Must Have Skills:

• Excellent hands-on experience in End User Support (Business, IT & Store users) to satisfy service requests and resolve incidents remotely related to end user systems. Troubleshoot end user issues by log in to users’ systems remotely against ticket logged in the ticketing tool
• Good knowledge in Active Directory - Add, remove users, computers from AD group and Office 365 Administration skills
• Good knowledge in CrowdStrike monitoring – end point agent, definitions
• Good knowledge in Remote Support for Print Services - Add new printers and print queues to print servers and Active Directory
• Good hands-on experience in EUC Engineering Services - Patch Management, Software Distribution, Mobile device management
• Create and Propose schedule for distribution of Patches and Fixes for infrastructure component following the approved change management processes
• Create and delete mailboxes, shared mailboxes, and resource mailboxes according to the requests with appropriate approvals
• Modify mailbox (change mailbox properties - first name, initial, last name, display name, mailbox quota, e-mail options, mailbox settings)
• Manage distribution groups - view, create, delete and modify

• BE/B.Tech/MCA/M.Sc./MS with minimum 3 years of relevant IT-experience post Qualification.
• Only Full-Time courses would be considered.
• Candidates who have attended TCS interview in the last 1 month need not apply.
