Job details
Responsible for managing daily operations of assigned properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and efficiently run. This role involves preparing lease agreements, marketing and renting vacant units, managing maintenance and cleaning, managing facilities, and providing excellent customer service to tenants. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the property, including maintenance and tenant relations.
- Prepare and execute lease agreements and renewals.
- Advertise and market vacant units to attract potential tenants.
- Screen and qualify rental applications.
- Conduct property inspections and coordinate maintenance and repairs.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including rent collection and budgeting.
- Address tenant inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with property regulations and policies.
