Responsibilities

  • Set operating goals and objectives to prepare an annual budget; schedule expenditures; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions.
  • Achieve the restaurant operation objective by contributing information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; prepare and complete action plans; implement production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolve problems; complete audits; identify trends; determine system improvements; implement change.
  • Control costs by reviewing portion control and quantities of preparation; minimize waste; ensure high quality of preparation.
  • Create a positive team atmosphere among Team Members in all outlets.
  • Ensure that all reporting & control procedures in operations, customer service, quality of production, hygiene & cleanliness standards, maintenance & general administration are completed & in place according to company policy & chain operation manual.
  • Coordinate efforts by establishing improvements in service policies and practices along with the Operations Manager.
  • Build company image by collaborating with customers.
  • Maintain quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.
  • Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Supervision

  • Supervise food and beverage service staff in accordance with operating policies.
  • Maintain records of staff periodic manner and operating costs.
  • Set high standards for appropriate team behavior on shift.
  • Effectively identify outlet problems through reports and ideate & execute to resolve them.
  • Ensure understanding of security procedures in all restaurants.

Inventory Management

  • Estimate consumption, forecast requirements, and maintain inventory.
  • Maintain monthly/weekly performance reports for all outlets.
  • Plan LSM activities for all outlets in the respective area.
  • Oversee the performance of all members in the area & report to the Operations Manager.
  • Suggest ideas to restaurant managers for business improvement.
  • Liaise between the Operations Manager & restaurant managers.
