Cpl Healthcare has an exciting opportunity for an experienced senior registered staff nurse with The Irish Blood Transfusion Service. As a nurse Practice Development Coordinator , the successful candidate will take responsibility for developing clinical practice within the service, based on best international practice and within the organisation's Quality Management System. As part of the senior nurse management team, you will support the organisation's strategic priorities with regard to achieving operational excellence, improving customer experience and supporting better healthcare, ensuring compliance with current legislative requirements. This role is ideal for nurses who prefer to operate in a more strategic, business type environment.  This role is on site in Dublin city with some flexibility for remote working. Core business hours apply along with some flexibility as service demands. Travel within Ireland is required as part of this role.   • On the live NMBI register - General Division.
  • Minimum seven years post registration experience, three of which must be at minimum CNM II grade within the last three years.
  • Proven experience of managing & delivering change in a complex environment.
  • Can demonstrate critical analysis and effective clinical decision-making skills.
  • Evidence of recent continuous professional development (CPD)
  • Full Driving License & access to own vehicle
  • Post graduate qualification at not less than level 9 (QQI) in health care or management related area is desirable or a commitment to attain such a qualification.
  • Permission to work in Ireland.
