We are hiring for a leading Petrochemical, Refinery company in Saudi Arabia.
Job Title: Team Leader (ERPNext Developer)
Required Skills:
Extensive experience in Python and the Django web framework
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, and CSS
Expertise in software architecture, design patterns, and development best practices
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication, leadership, and team-building abilities
Experience in managing and mentoring software development teams
Thorough understanding of the ERPNext platform and its architecture
Education & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
7+ years of experience in web development, with a strong focus on Python and Django
5+ years of experience in leading and managing software development teams
Proven track record of delivering successful software projects, particularly in the ERP domain
Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with the ERPNext platform and its architecture
Strong understanding of software development principles, design patterns, and best practices
Tasks:
Lead and manage a team of ERPNext developers, including task allocation, performance reviews, and professional development
Collaborate with the product management and business teams to understand and translate requirements into technical solutions
Design and architect complex features and modules for the ERPNext ERP system
Oversee the implementation, testing, and deployment of ERPNext updates and releases
Optimize the performance, scalability, and maintainability of the ERPNext platform
Establish and enforce best practices for software development, coding, and project management
Mentor and guide the team to ensure high-quality code, adherence to standards, and continuous improvement
Communicate project status, progress, and challenges to stakeholders and executive leadership
Manage and allocate resources effectively to meet project goals and deadlines
Foster a positive and collaborative team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing and professional development
