Store Manager. VACANCY AREA : Responsible for the daily management of the restaurant to meet and maintain Richeese Factory operations standards.
- Accountable for achieving the set targets in-store operations KPI’s
- Ensure sufficient staffing to meet the store operations requirements
- Provide training and developing outlet team to meet operations requirements and career development plan.
- Responsible for product management to meet the quality requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards.
- Maintaining Richeese Factory Malaysia's brand image and standards in all brand contact points.
- Managing the profitability of the restaurant and meeting all financial targets.
- Developing and executing sales building activities / Local Store Marketing to meet the sales target.
- Ensuring total customer satisfaction at each customer contact point.
- Maintaining cleanliness in meeting all Richeese Factory Malaysia sanitation standards and local government requirements.
- Ensure that store meeting the safety and security requirements as per Richeese Factory Malaysia standards and local government requirements.
- To comply with all the admin and paperwork requirements.
- Building high-performance team and creating a fun working environment.
- Uphold all company policies and standards and perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum 2 years experience in F&B operations managerial / supervisory position.
- Good technical or SOP knowledge.
- Proven of upholding operations and company standards
