As the Mobile Application QE Lead, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our mobile applications across various platforms. You will lead a team of validation engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to maintain high standards of performance, functionality, and user experience. The ideal candidate possesses a strong understanding of mobile application development & testing processes, testing methodologies, test automation tools and relevant industry best practices. This position offers the flexibility of hybrid work. You will join our development team at Bangalore development center. Key Responsibilities:  Lead a team of validation engineers responsible for testing mobile applications on different platforms (iOS, Android).  Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans with a goal to minimize the defect leakage and reduce the testing time & effort.  Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and design to understand requirements and define test scenarios.  Design, execute, and automate test cases for functional, performance, and regression testing to ensure the quality and reliability of mobile applications.  Conduct thorough analysis of test results, identify defects, and work with development teams to resolve issues in a timely manner.  Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in mobile application testing methodologies and technologies.  Mentor and provide guidance to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. Qualifications:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.  15+ years of experience in mobile application testing, with 5 years in a leadership or managerial role.  Experience in defining QE plan and strategy for mobile applications.  Proficiency in testing mobile applications on iOS and Android platforms.  Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks such as Appium, XCTest, Espresso, Perfecto etc.  Experience with test automation using scripting languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, Swift).  Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail  Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams.  Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor team members.  Proven track record of delivering high-quality mobile applications on time and within budget.
