What is Expert Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer?
As an Expert Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer at Jazz, you will be instrumental in driving efficiency and innovation through automation solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere. Reporting to the Manager Digital Solutions, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and enhance business operations.
What Expert Robotics Process Automation (RPA) Engineer does?
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and understand business processes suitable for automation.
Design, develop, and deploy RPA solutions using tools such as Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere.
Automate repetitive tasks and streamline workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual effort.
Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, develop technical specifications, and implement automation solutions.
Configure and maintain RPA bots, ensuring they operate effectively and meet business needs.
Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to RPA implementations, ensuring smooth operation of automated processes.
Provide training and support to end-users on using RPA tools and solutions effectively.
Continuously monitor and optimize RPA processes to maximize performance and reliability.
Stay up-to-date with RPA technologies and best practices, recommending improvements and enhancements as needed.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Sciences or a related field.
2 to 4 years of relevant experience in Robotics Process Automation (RPA) or a similar role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Power Automate or Automation Anywhere, with hands-on experience in designing and implementing RPA solutions.
Strong understanding of business processes and the ability to identify automation opportunities.
Experience in gathering requirements, developing technical specifications, and delivering automation solutions.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
