SGS is hiring aConstruction Supervisor CSIMechanical for one of its clients on a 4-month, extendable contract.Preference will be given to residents of Lahore and Sheikhupura. Candidates must have a bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Oil & Gas experience.Minimum Requirements:
Must have RT Level II.
Review of Method Statements for all important construction activities.
Review of NDT Procedures & NDT Personnel Qualification for approval.
Review of MTC's of pipe and associated fittings for material identification.
Review of existing records of WPS, PQR & WQT for approval of production welding matters.
Witnessing of demonstration of PQR for qualification of WPS as per SEC IX.
Witnessing of Welder Qualification Tests for production welding of pipeline.
Witnessing of ROW preparation as per drawing, if any.
Witnessing of stringing of pipe lengths alongside the ROW.
Witnessing of fit-up of butt joints and all other associated activities accordingly.
Visual inspection of pipeline welding as per qualified WPS.
Witnessing of welding repairs and its NDT (RT & PT) of repaired areas of defective welds.
Witnessing of civil construction works such as forming of pipe supports, anchor blocks, etc.
Witnessing of hydro test of pipeline.
Witnessing of commissioning activities of the pipeline.
