Information Technology Manager

Summary : The IT Manager - Operations is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the IT infrastructure, ensuring that the IT systems and services are reliable, efficient, and secure. This role involves managing IT infrastructure, coordinating with other departments, handling escalations and implementing best practices for IT operations. Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team that can address the evolving needs of Razorpay’s infrastructure and technology landscape.
• Foster collaboration between IT and other departments (Engineering, HR, Crews, Finance, Legal) to support cross-functional projects and initiatives.
• Engage with senior leadership and present technology strategies, updates, and roadmaps.

• Identify areas for improvement in IT operations and implement best practices and process enhancements.
• Evaluate and onboard new technologies and services to drive innovation within the organisation.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvement to streamline operations.
• Develop and enforce IT policies and procedures.

• Ensure compliance with industry standards, legal regulations, and company policies (e.g., PCI-DSS, SEBI, ISO 27001).
• Manage access control and other security tools to mitigate security risks.

• Plan and manage IT projects related to infrastructure upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
• Coordinate with other departments to align IT operations with business needs.

• Serve as the primary point of contact between the IT department and other departments or external stakeholders.
• Communicate IT issues, changes, and developments to non-technical staff in an understandable manner.
• Report on IT performance metrics and system health to senior management.
