Job Brief: We're looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join our team and help us grow our business of B2B sales & services to distributors. The ideal candidate will have experience in sales and marketing, and be able to work independently to identify and pursue new opportunities. If you're a go-getter with a positive attitude and a passion for sales and marketing, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities:
  1. Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, and qualify and negotiate sales contracts.
  2. Identify potential customers through phone calls, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community events.
  3. Research and contact prospective businesses, using industry and news databases and social media.
  4. Prepare sales presentations, proposals, including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.
  5. Identify and cultivate key decision makers and influencers within prospective companies.
  6. Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  7. Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing.
  8. Develop and maintain customer relationships, including meeting with customers to negotiate contracts and renewals, as well as manage comprehensive travelling within Pakistan.
Requirements & Skills:
  1. Experience in a sales role, including in-person presentations.
  2. Understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including distribution channel.
  3. Excellent written and oral communication skills (both sales presentations and pitches).
  4. Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors & client satisfaction.
Duties:
  1. Oversee and lead efforts to drive revenue growth and profit growth.
  2. Establish and implement marketing and sales strategy.
  3. Establish and implement sales & marketing objectives.
  4. Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
