Qualifications:- Must be MBA Marketing & M.Sc/B.Sc Agri (preferred)
- 2-3 Years in relevant field
- Lahore (Head Office), Travelling across Pakistan is a must
- Identify, qualify, and develop high-quality sales leads, including cold calling, networking, and referrals, and qualify and negotiate sales contracts.
- Identify potential customers through phone calls, cold calls, networking, referrals, and community events.
- Research and contact prospective businesses, using industry and news databases and social media.
- Prepare sales presentations, proposals, including materials and equipment specifications, estimates, and timelines.
- Identify and cultivate key decision makers and influencers within prospective companies.
- Develop and document prospecting, lead management, and pipeline management processes to meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Present and close sales, managing and tracking the entire sales cycle from initial contact through contract and closing.
- Develop and maintain customer relationships, including meeting with customers to negotiate contracts and renewals, as well as manage comprehensive travelling within Pakistan.
- Experience in a sales role, including in-person presentations.
- Understanding of end-to-end sales processes, including distribution channel.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills (both sales presentations and pitches).
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with distributors & client satisfaction.
- Oversee and lead efforts to drive revenue growth and profit growth.
- Establish and implement marketing and sales strategy.
- Establish and implement sales & marketing objectives.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients.
