Role Overview: The Curriculum Developer and Business Professor will be instrumental in shaping the academic future of UPI Study. Your primary focus will be on teaching and developing cutting-edge curriculum for business, accounting, and economic courses. This is an opportunity to leave your mark on the educational landscape, designing and implementing innovative curricula that prepare students for the dynamic world of business, with a particular emphasis on the proficient use of AI. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and teach business-related courses (business, accounting, economics) at the college level.
- Design and construct comprehensive curricula and examinations, ensuring they are contemporary, engaging, and effective.
- Spearhead the development of new courses and revamp existing ones to meet the evolving needs of our international student body.
- Ensure that AI utilization is a core component of the curriculum, equipping students with the skills to leverage this technology effectively.
- A Master's degree in Business, or a minimum of one year of teaching experience in college-level business courses.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development and a deep understanding of business, accounting, and economics.
- Proficiency in AI and its application in the business field, with the ability to impart this knowledge to students.
- Strong organizational skills, with the capability to work independently and deliver course material and curricula within tight deadlines.
- Access to a reliable laptop and a conducive working environment, as this is a remote position.
