Accounting Analyst - F&A

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Accounting Analyst for Finance and Accounting Services in Londrina - Brazil. The ideal candidate will possess a working experience in Brazilian accounting practices, Month-end close, Balance Sheet reconciliations and Audit support Responsibilities:

1. Follow-up the documented and trained processes in Record to Analyze (RTA) work stream
2. Ensure SLA adherence for all activities delivered by self (Timeliness and Quality)
3. Self-check own work. Identify input errors and highlight proactively
4. Liaison with team mates to ensure seamless delivery
5. Constantly stay connected with the customer’s Controllership and Accounting (C&A) team and ensure their expectations are met at all times
6. Leverage subject matter knowledge of Finance and Accounting in executing daily activities
7. Identify process gaps and improvement areas
8. Support in development and implementation of quality control procedures, and internal controls to ensure smooth service delivery and ensure zero SLA failure for self
9. Follow the month-end close activity list and prioritize own deliverables
10. Foster strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providing timely support to meet their requirements. Liaison with cross functional stakeholders including senior leadership

1. Domain Experience: Finance and Accounting
2. English language proficiency is not essential, but preferred
3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
4. 2-3 years of relevant work experience
5. In-depth knowledge of Brazilian accounting principles, tax laws, and regulatory requirements
6. Analytical Thinking: Strong problem-solving skills
7. Adaptability: Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adept at handling changing priorities.
