We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Director of Risk and Insurance to lead and oversee all aspects of our client's risk management program. You will leverage your in-depth knowledge of risk management principles and insurance practices to develop and implement a comprehensive strategy that safeguards our client's assets and minimizes financial losses.

Key Responsibilities:

Formulate and implement a comprehensive enterprise risk management program aligned with our overarching corporate goals.

Conduct thorough risk assessments to identify, evaluate, and prioritize potential threats across all facets of the organization.

Develop and implement effective risk mitigation strategies to minimize the likelihood and impact of potential losses.

Oversee the procurement, negotiation, and renewal of insurance policies across various lines of coverage (e.g., property, casualty, cyber, business interruption).

Meticulously manage insurance expenditures, ensuring optimal coverage at the most competitive rates.

Collaborate with senior management to ensure alignment between risk management strategies and overall business objectives.

Foster a strong risk management culture throughout the organization, promoting risk awareness and proactive mitigation efforts.

Lead a team of risk management professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and ensuring a high-performing team environment.

Maintain a deep understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements surrounding risk management and insurance.

Continuously monitor and analyze risk management data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

The Ideal Candidate: Minimum 10+ years of experience in risk management and insurance, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
