Job Summary: This role is to support our payroll outsourcing project in HR Operations Team Job Duties: Responsibilities:
- Prepare the test cases and perform UAT for payroll outsourcing project and Work day Time tracking module.
- Assist in consolidation of user requirement and related activities
- Support the ah-hoc tasks for HR Operations team
- minimum 5-7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the HR payroll and HR Information System domain
- Strong understanding of payroll processing and related systems
- Experience of using Workday is highly preferred
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors
- Familiarity with system integration and data migration best practices
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Immediately available is highly preferred
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer
