Sales Consultant / Quantifier - Rotorua | Waikato
The Role: As a Sales Consultant/Quantifier, you'll be part of a dedicated team focused on understanding each customer's unique needs and ensuring every detail is attended to. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will have the opportunity to showcase your passion for interiors and design, working one-on-one with clients to bring their vision to life and make lots of sales! Skills and Attributes required:- Experienced Sales Consultant and hungry for sales!
- Experience with tiling, flooring, blinds, curtains and interior space is essential
- Ability to measure and quote in a variety of interior spaces desirable
- A vibrant and energetic personality who is eager to learn & grow mindset
- Excellent communication & problem-solving skills
- Ability to engage and lead the customer
- Passionate about customer care
- Collaborative and motivated
- Proven ability to deliver work to a high standard
- Full-time 40-hour roster working one weekend day on rotation. There is some flexibility with this.
- Generous hourly rate + commission, Potential OTE $75K -$90K plus Kiwisaver
