About the opportunity | Te whiwhinga mahi We are seeking a dynamic Capability Business Partner to lead the development and delivery of the capabilities build plan, a core element of delivering our Strategic Workforce Planning programme for our Innovation & Brand (I&B) business unit. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate closely with Directors and General Managers across I&B, primarily within Research & Development, to shape and deliver the future of our workforce. Working in alignment with the strategic workforce plan, you will help envision the future state of our capabilities and create a clear roadmap to transition from where we are now to where we need to be. Key responsibilities include:
- Partner with external partners and I&B leaders to identify current and future technical capability needs and preferred approaches to acquiring or building these capabilities.
- Create and promote career pathways.
- Identify opportunities and methods to build talent and capability strength.
- Support the development and implementation of a succession and talent plan.
