Job Description:
  • Ensuring that products processed for shipping are delegated to courier with the right quantity.
  • Plan and coordinate with customer service teams to ensure timely operations (shipments clearance and delivery) execution.
  • Fulfill customer requests and immediately resolve complaints.
  • Supervise a team of supervisors and material handlers for stuffing and un-stuffing of containers for export and import shipments.
  • Oversee the storage, control, and distribution of materials and products according to company needs and customer requirements.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the warehouse and proper and safe functioning of warehouse tools, facilities, and equipment.
  • Liaise closely with various departments and suppliers to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in the operations.
  • Review, provide feedback, and update relevant SOPs and procedures regularly to assure they fit company needs.
  • Conduct SCM activities including relevant warehousing, purchasing, inventory control activities, and logistics.
  • Streamline and implement processes and policies to increase the efficiency of operations in the Supply Chain Department.
  • Work closely with the operation team to ensure on-time shipment documentation.
  • Plan for supply and demand with the right assumptions to minimize logistics costs.
  • Manage backlog, analyze, and resolve transactional issues that may prevent on-time shipments to avoid additional charges.
  • Able to handle export and import shipments.
  • Manage and follow up with suppliers to assure compliance with company quality policy and SCM requirements, including CAPA, continuous improvements, and pending issues.
  • Organize and manage the packing and distribution of stocks to outstation stores by liaising with third-party logistic providers.
  • Able to work closely with forwarders and port personnel (Northport and Westport) to solve daily issues for haulage.
  • Responsible for any miscellaneous and ad-hoc tasks.
  • Responsible for reporting problems regarding the Food Safety Management System.
Qualifications & Experience Requirements: Education level: Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Transportation, Operations, or equivalent. Experience: Three (3) years of working experience in related industries. Benefits:
