Position Type: Part Time & Full Time Candidates Considered Job Purpose: HQ Location: Moyvalley, Kildare, Ireland Cloncad is a leading contractor specialising in the provision of electrical, mechanical, maintenance and fitout services to a range of sectors including industrial, commercial, data centres, manufacturing, infrastructure, pharmaceutical and healthcare. Description: The Accounts Assistant will provide general support to our Accounts and Commercial Department. This role will be a 3-5 day role with part-time and full-time candidates considered. The position will be based in our Head Office located in Moyvalley, Kildare, Ireland. Main Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to accounts manager & accounts department.
- Ensure all payment amounts & records are accurate.
- Perform general administrative duties such as filing paperwork, responding to inquiries, and maintaining financial records.
- Record financial transactions such as purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.
- Monitor and record company expenses.
- Assist in payroll processing activities, including maintaining employee records, calculating wages, and processing payments.
- Experience working within a payroll position.
- Experience in Sage 50 account package is advantageous.
- Strong proficiency in Excel.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail is extremely important.
