Job ResponsibilitiesResponsible to support Head of Education and Training and lead the overall function of Digital Assurance and Accounting of ICAP.
Leading efforts to develop successful technology learning programs and provide value-added services.
Contributing to the development of certifications and other educational training programs.
Supervise the research initiatives of ICAP.
Benchmarking of ICAP qualifications with that of international bodies.
Establish a structured approach for the entire lifecycle of digital board initiatives, including defining clear timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure effective project management and execution.
Job SpecificationsThe candidate should be a Chartered Accountant with at least 05 years OR has a Masters in Finance & Accounts / Computer Science.
Skills RequiredIdeal candidate must have experience of working on digital projects and digital training programs with a reputable organization(s).
Preference will be given to technology-oriented candidates.
Candidate must possess good communication, interpersonal and management skills to lead this function of ICAP.#J-18808-Ljbffr
