We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Experience Executive with a minimum of 3 years of experience and a Master's degree to join our growing team.

We are looking for a passionate individual who can enhance our customers' experience by understanding their needs and delivering excellent service.

Responsibilities:Manage customer interactions across various channels, including phone, email, and social media

Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly

Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and drive customer loyalty

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless and efficient customer support

Analyze customer feedback and develop strategies for continuous improvement

Conduct regular customer satisfaction surveys to measure success and identify areas for improvement

Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of customer interactions and support processes

Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or customer experience role

Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Proficient in using CRM systems and customer support tools

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Knowledge of iPhone models with respect to their accessories

Soft Skills:Empathy: Ability to put yourself in the customer's shoes and understand their perspective

Active Listening: Attentive to the customer's needs and concerns, asking clarifying questions when necessary

Adaptability: Capable of adjusting to different situations and customer personalities

Patience: Willingness to work through challenging customer interactions without becoming frustrated

Positive Attitude: Maintaining a friendly and professional demeanor in all interactions

Passion for Customer Service: Genuine interest in creating a positive experience for customers and helping them find solutions to their needs
