Our client, a growing organization, is urgently looking for a Bilingual Administrative Coordinator who will be based in their newly set up office in Al Ain. The candidate will be responsible for providing office services by implementing administrative systems, procedures, and policies, monitoring administrative projects, and maintaining suggestion programs. He will also be responsible for looking after the operation of any events organized in their office. He will be working from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, and will directly report to the Head of General Services.To be considered, you should be a degree holder with a minimum of 5 years of experience in administration coupled with a background in events management. You should be presentable, smart, confident, and a switched-on individual who can thrive in a pressurized work environment. You should be willing to work in Al Ain and be open to working even on weekends and longer hours when required.
