Sourcing Associate (LO Pakistan)

ABOUT THE PROGRAMThrough the Sourcing Associate Program, we offer you a unique platform to start your career coached by experienced mentors and managers. You will have the opportunity to rotate within 24 months through different teams. Training sessions, including on-the-job training from internal experts, will help you develop a portfolio of skills and apply this knowledge to your daily work. Your senior-level mentor will provide real-time feedback throughout the program and help you define long-term career paths. Upon graduation, you are expected to land in a managerial role.Your commitment to the program will help you establish the knowledge, exposure, and connections to become a well-rounded future sourcing leader, ensuring the continuous success of the sourcing organization.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESLearn and actively participate in the basic roles and responsibilities associated with key sourcing operations and functions, including:

Product Creation (Costing, Materials, and Product Testing)

Tactical and Production Planning

Manufacturing (Quality and Manufacturing Excellence)

Successfully intern in these roles and participate as an active member of the team's success.Impact on Business- Provide a pool of highly capable individuals ready to step into key positions when necessary.Customer/Suppliers/Third Parties- Shadow the Senior Director of Sourcing Operations and participate in daily duties, understanding the functions and responsibilities, providing concrete support to assigned departments, and reporting to your mentor regularly for coaching.Leadership/Management Responsibilities- Take functional and project leadership under the guidance of the Senior Director, and be considered a role model within the team.Innovation and Change- Foster an attitude for change and bring new ideas to the team.POSSIBLE KEY RELATIONSHIPS• Senior Director of Sourcing Operations, Directors, Senior Managers, Costing Manager, Materials Manager, Manufacturing Excellence, Quality Teams, HQ Teams• T1 management and various levels of assigned departmentsKNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES• Technical skills (manufacturing, planning, project management, industrial engineering, materials engineering, biomechanical or sport science preferred)• Communication skills (presentation, efficient note-taking, computer literacy)• Analytical skills, reporting, and data collection• Open-mindedness and passion for sportsREQUISITE EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE• We seek world citizens with a passion for excellence, an inquisitive mind, and a love for sports. Talented individuals willing to learn, with attention to detail, curiosity, observation skills, and discipline, are ideal for this role.• No previous work experience is required but preferred. Vocational training (preferably in a multinational organization), MA in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Industrial), or MBA preferred.• Multiple language skills: fluent English (written and spoken) required; German, Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, and Bahasa Indonesia are advantageous.• Flexibility and willingness to relocate at the company's request.#J-18808-Ljbffr
