Key Responsibilities:
Content Creation for Technical Products & Services:
Write detailed technical content including white papers, case studies, product documentation, user guides, blog posts, and technical solution briefs.
Develop content that explains complex technical topics to various audiences, from technical engineers to business decision-makers.
Translate highly technical information into easily digestible and engaging content for marketing campaigns, product launches, and customer education.
Collaboration with Product & Engineering Teams:
Work closely with product managers, developers, and engineers to understand technical product features, updates, and use cases.
Attend product demonstrations, technical meetings, and training sessions to stay updated on the latest developments and ensure content accuracy.
Act as a bridge between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring that all written content aligns with the company's goals and messaging.
SEO Optimization & Content Strategy:
Develop SEO-optimized technical content that drives organic traffic, improves search engine rankings, and engages readers.
Conduct keyword research relevant to the company's products, services, and industry trends, ensuring content is aligned with SEO best practices.
Contribute to the overall content strategy by identifying trending topics and technical innovations that align with the company's expertise.
Content Review & Editing:
Review and edit content written by other team members or external writers to ensure technical accuracy, clarity, and consistency in tone and style.
Ensure that all technical content adheres to the company's brand voice and is free of errors, typos, and inconsistencies.
Develop and maintain a style guide and ensure all technical documentation is aligned with industry best practices.
Thought Leadership & Industry Insights:
Develop content that positions the company as a thought leader in the tech industry, focusing on innovations, emerging technologies, and industry challenges.
Stay informed about the latest technology trends, industry standards, and best practices, ensuring content is relevant, timely, and authoritative.
Collaborate with marketing to create opinion pieces, technical blogs, and other content that highlights the company's expertise and unique value proposition.
Technical Documentation & User Manuals:
Create and maintain technical documentation, including API documentation, how-to guides, installation manuals, and release notes.
Ensure all documentation is accurate, detailed, and easy to follow, providing a valuable resource for customers, developers, and internal teams.
Regularly update documentation to reflect product changes, new features, or updates in technology.
Bachelor's degreein Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
5+ yearsof experience as a technical writer, content writer, or similar role, proven skills and track record working in the IT, software, or technology industry.
Proven ability to write clear, concise, and engaging technical content that caters to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Strong understanding of technology concepts such assoftware development ,cloud computing ,cybersecurity ,AI/ML , orSaaS .
Proficiency with content management systems ( CMS ), SEO best practices, and keyword optimization.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to translate complex technical information into easily understandable content.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Experience with technical documentation tools such asConfluence ,Markdown , orJIRA .#J-18808-Ljbffr
