• Answering of incoming calls and customer service enquiries
• Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools
• Handle customers’ complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limit

Requirements:

• Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
• Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of situation
• Able to accept shift work, including weekends and public holiday
