Nella Toronto is looking for a Korean-speaking Sales Representative to join our Norfinch Location!*_*Responsibilities:** Engage in conversation to determine client needs, directing them to products and services* Display a professional, courteous and empathetic attitude to all customers* Consistently deliver high-quality service with a focus on customer engagement* Efficiently identify customer needs and determine how to address them* Sell organization's products/services where applicable, and provide customers with a high level of service* Handle customer transactions responsibly and accurately* Maintain professional appearance and attitude* Develop and maintain professional relationships with new and existing customers* Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related tasks as needed* Perform additional duties as required*Requirements:** *2 years of Customer Service experience** *Previous retail or food industry experience is an asset** *Being bilingual is an asset!** Strong communication and interpersonal skills* Self-motivated and enthusiastic* Detail-oriented and organized* Comfort in working in a high volume role* Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively_*Apply Today!
