Position Overview: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales and Back-End Management Associate to join our team at The Shirt Studio. This multifaceted role combines sales and client service with back-end operations management. Key Responsibilities: Sales responsibilities: • Guide clients through the entire bespoke process, from initial design and fabric selection to final fitting and delivery. • Conduct personalized consultations to understand client's needs and preferences as per their product requirements. • Take precise measurements and conduct fittings to ensure each garment meets the highest standards of fit and comfort. • Stay informed about our full range of products, including fabric options, styles, and trends, to offer knowledgeable recommendations and guidance. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals. • Achieve individual and team sales goals through proactive client engagement and follow-up. Back-End Management Responsibilities: • Oversee the order lifecycle, including processing orders, tracking progress, and ensuring timely delivery of custom garments. • Manage inventory of fabrics, materials, and accessories, coordinating with in-house team and suppliers to maintain stock levels and handle reorders. • Maintain accurate records of client orders, measurements, and preferences in the CRM system. • Handle organizational tasks such as scheduling appointments, managing client inquiries, and coordinating with the production team. Experience: • Minimum of 2-3 years in a sales or customer service role, preferably within the fashion or bespoke tailoring industry. • Experience in back-end management is a plus. Skills: • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with strong attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. • Skilled in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
