As a professional under this contract, you will have the opportunity to work with one of our largest clients to understand and address their challenges amidst an organization-wide learning transformation. Your Key Responsibilities You’ll work with one of our largest clients to help them get the most out of their people. You’ll use your knowledge and experience to help the client transform its learning practices. With access to talented leaders, formal learning and a wide variety of practical experience, you’ll receive all the support you need to succeed. Skills and attributes for success
- Supporting clients in their transformation journey with learning transformation efforts.
- Perform analyses of learning needs and redesign learning processes to ensure alignment with learning objectives and improve efficiency of resources used towards learning efforts.
- Improve the effectiveness of learning programs to achieve desired business outcomes.
- Diploma in business, Commerce, Human Resources Management and/or other relevant disciplines.
- Certificates in ACTA/ACLP 1.0 or 2.0 is preferred.
- Prior experience in areas such as Learning business process redesign, learning science, curriculum design and learning analytics outcome would be an advantage.
- Proven ability to build valued relationships with stakeholders.
- Passion to create a positive learning culture, to coach and develop team members and clients.
- Good communications skills, especially fluent in written and spoken English.
