Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop direct reports/team members to achieve targeted business objectives.
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of order management representatives, responding to customer inquiries via phone and email in a timely and accurate manner, in compliance with documented policies.
  • Build and develop an efficient and effective order management team in the Shared Services environment.
  • Provide End to End Masterdata management by Data Enrichment, Data Deletion, and Duplication.
  • Review Business Agreements, Terms, and Licensing.
  • Review Pricing and Pricing sheets.
  • Prepare OM weekly and monthly reports.
  • Attend to Customer/Client inquiries via email, Teams calls, phone, etc.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or Degree in Finance, Business Administration, or any relevant field.
  • 5 to 7 years of experience in Order Management & Masterdata in a SSC or BPO environment within the Retail/CPG Industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • 2 to 4 years of experience in managing a team.
