UAE National/Emirati - Registered Nurse (RN)Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Graduate with at least two years of clinical experience.DOH LicenseUAE NationalResponsibilities:Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient needs.Administer medications and treatments accurately and safely.Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions, promptly reporting any changes.Documentation:Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.Document all assessments, interventions, and outcomes in electronic medical records.Emergency Response:Respond efficiently and calmly in emergency situations, providing immediate care and initiating appropriate interventions.Quality Improvement:Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and safety.
