We are seeking a skilled and motivated Finance Manager to oversee and manage the financial operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in strategic planning, budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting, ensuring compliance with regulations and alignment with our financial goals. This position requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information effectively across all levels of the organization.Key Responsibilities (among others):Financial Planning and Analysis:Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term financial plans.Conduct variance analysis and provide insights to drive business performance.Collaborate with department heads to align financial strategies with operational objectives.Financial Reporting:Prepare timely and accurate financial statements, reports, and presentations for management and stakeholders.Ensure compliance with GAAP and other regulatory requirements.Analyze financial results and provide recommendations for improvement.Cash Flow Management:Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and optimize liquidity.Oversee accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to ensure efficient cash management.Cost Control and Efficiency:Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to improve financial efficiency.Conduct regular financial audits to ensure accuracy and compliance.Risk Management:Assess financial risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.Ensure proper internal controls are in place to safeguard company assets.Team Leadership:Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Provide training and development opportunities for team members.Stakeholder Engagement:Communicate financial performance and strategic initiatives to senior management and board members.Act as a liaison between finance and other departments, promoting transparency and understanding of financial processes.Technology and Process Improvement:Leverage financial software and tools to enhance reporting and analysis capabilities.Identify and implement process improvements to streamline financial operations.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; MBA or CPA preferred.4+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with a focus on financial management.Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.Proficient in financial software and Microsoft Excel; experience with ERP systems a plus.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information clearly.
