Job details
Assist customers with inquiries and requests for assistance. We will provide training, tools, and resources needed to manage the needs of our customer base. What do they need:
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
- Has a pleasant, patient, and friendly attitude
- Passion for excellence with respect to treating and caring for customers
- Willingness to work on a flexible schedule and on shifts
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Ability to converse in Mandarin or any other languages will be an added advantage
- Experience in call centre and/or similar industry will be an added advantage
- Manage customer requests via phone, email, and various digital platforms
- Responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering the service according to the standard operating procedure
- Ensure continuation and completion of service delivery within the agreed turn-around time
- Document all call information and coordination arrangements into the case management system
- Liaise effectively with other members of the call centre, other departments, and business partners to resolve enquiries/requests, where applicable
- Participate in training to ensure continuous enhancement of skills and knowledge
- Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by the supervisor in order to meet operational or other requirements
- As part of the Operations Team reporting to a team leader. Sometimes in the office, sometimes at home.
