Computershare is a global financial administration company, employing over 14,000 people around the world. Computershare is built on our share registry business and has expanded into employee equity plans, stakeholder communications, corporate governance, fund services, class action administration, deposit protection and most recently mortgage servicing. Issuer Services (CIS) is the division within Computershare responsible for providing administrative services to Issuer Services clients and their individual security holders. A role you will love With successful establishment of our business in Asia, we are now looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Associate to join our IPO team in Hong Kong. This is a rare opportunity that will give you a fantastic exposure to IPO projects and connection with investment banks and legal advisors in Hong Kong. Some other key accountabilities will include:
- Be part of the deal team and actively participate in the execution of IPO projects.
- Maintain excellent client support services and ensure high quality work to IPO related enquiries.
- Actively participate in the IPO related activities e.g., review documents (prospectus, application forms), join logistics discussion and settlement mechanism.
- Coordinate efforts with deal team members across the IPO team.
- Involve in day-to-day project management and execution support.
- Participate in ad hoc projects.
- Proficient in English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
- Proficient in MS Office applications and Chinese work processing.
- At least a few years of related experience in financial institution with solid understanding about IPO is preferred.
- Demonstrate quantitative and analytical abilities, keen attention to detail, organization, planning and preparation capabilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor's degree or above in Finance, Economics, Accounting or closely related areas.
