Responsabilities: Responsible for implementation of procurement Policy & Procedure at DR Reddy’s Brazil, aiming to have best in class process for a quality/service level & cost perspective.

  • Build procurement process at DR Reddy’s Brasil
  • Procurement Policy
  • Procurement System
  • Procurement involvement ratio
  • Procurement dashboard ( Saving, Cost Avoidance, SLA, etc)
  • Lead purchase process for direct (QC materials ), indirect materials & services
  • Implement procurement system to deliver best in class solutions
  • Train internal user’s / requestor’s into the procurement system and develop basic purchasing mindset for low purchase values
  • Perform due diligence together with compliance team on suppliers as per Policy
Requirement:
  • Solid work Experience in procurement role in the pharmaceutical industry .
  • Graduated in Accounting, Economy or business administration.
  • Fluent English required (both written and speaking)
  • Expertise in SAP MM and MSOffice skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • The ideal candidate should have the ability to multi task in a quick pace and growing business, shifting strategical mindset with operational activities in a proper manner.
