Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Associate Manager/Manager Talent Strategy at GlowTouch Technologies. The role involves developing and implementing talent strategies, managing recruitment processes, overseeing employee development programs, and monitoring performance management systems. This position requires collaboration with cross-functional teams and may involve some remote work. Qualifications

• Recruitment, Talent Management, and Performance Management skills
• Experience in developing talent strategies and employee development programs
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams
• Knowledge of HR principles and practices
• Project management experience is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
