PURPOSE [raison d'être] Responsible for producing precise Electrical drawings in compliance with regulations and project specifications for assigned projects. AREAS OF OWNERSHIP & ACCOUNTABILITY Technical Drafting:- [Produce accurate and detailed drawings in compliance with relevant codes, standards, and regulations using Revit software package ] Quality Assurance & Code Compliance: [Ensure all drawings are verified and reviewed for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with design specifications & relevent codes & standards. Documentation & Communications: [Prepare project documentation, including specifications, schedules, and reports. Ensure Communication and coordination with all stakeholders (architects, structural engineers, PHE / HVAC teams, project managers etc,] DELIVERABLES Accurate and detailed Electrical drawings Project Documentation & Reports KPIs Drawing Accuracy Rate: The quality and precision of drafting work Timeliness of Deliverables: The efficiency and responsiveness of the BIM Modellor Code Compliance Rate: Accurate interpretation and application of relevant building codes and standards. Stakeholder Satisfaction Score: Ability to collaborate and manage stakeholders
