Reporting directly to the Talent Acquisition Manager EMEA, you will strategically align our Talent Acquisition efforts with business objectives, fostering collaboration between business leaders, HR Business Partners, HRSSC, Comp & Ben, and the Talent Acquisition (TA) team.In this role, you will lead end-to-end recruitment efforts for our corporate and business operations in Germany, overseeing a comprehensive range of responsibilities. From developing recruitment strategies to consulting with hiring managers to identify critical capabilities, you will serve as the point of contact for the business lines, driving recruitment success and supporting business growth.Your success as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner is measured by your ability to strategically align talent acquisition efforts with organizational objectives. Effective stakeholder management, valuable consulting expertise, and fostering cross-functional collaboration are key to driving recruitment success and delivering impactful results.About The Role: Shaping the Future of Recruitment ExcellenceResponsibilities:Strategic Partnership: Demonstrate a deep understanding of the organization's business drivers, global recruitment ambitions, industry trends, and market dynamics. Successfully align talent acquisition strategies with business objectives, measured by the achievement of agreed-upon recruitment targets.Stakeholder Management: Build strong collaborative relationships to understand current and future recruitment needs and ensure effective communication and alignment throughout the recruitment process. Maintain high levels of stakeholder satisfaction, evidenced by positive feedback and effective resolution of recruitment-related issues.Talent Acquisition Consulting: Provide valuable strategic guidance that fosters diversity and inclusion, resulting in the successful recruitment and retention of high-quality candidates.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Drive cross-functional collaboration and knowledge-sharing, leading to streamlined recruitment processes and improving talent acquisition outcomes.Project Management: Successfully lead or contribute to TA improvement projects, resulting in enhanced efficiency, effectiveness, and innovation within the talent acquisition function.Leadership: Mentor and coach a high-performance team of TA Specialists.
