Reporting directly into the divisional CTO, we are seeking a Telecoms Network Specialist with experience of configuring and operating test networks in a telecommunications environment. Beyond the lab, you will spend time with network operators, working with them on product integration scenarios and helping to shape the product roadmap. Key Responsibilities Maintain our network test environment:
- Q&A, Test systems / Networks
- Traffic generators and test set-up
- OLT simulators and a variety of vendor’s OLT solutions
- Netconf & yang models
- Network services including Q-in-Q, QoS, IGMP, DHCP
- Relay Agents, TR069, SNMP etc
- GenieACS and similar
- TiBIT MCMS and other software defined environments
- Network orchestration and configuration such as Kubernetes
- Border network gateways
- Ideally within broadband operators
- Hardware vendor experience also relevant
- Traffic generators and test set-up
- OLT simulators and a variety of vendor’s OLT solutions
- Netconf & yang models
- Network services including multicast models, DHCP Relay Agents, TR069, SNMP etc
