This is a pivotal role in the new music team to ensure that Saregama penetrates deep in the Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities Artists. The agenda is to get multiple songs from these artists to build a stronger artist base, revenue and non film catalogue. This role is primarily for a person who is good with maintaining relationships with the artists, someone who is strong in communication, Understands music and trends that are going on within the Non Film Music universe and above all is passionate to travel and scout artists who can make really cool songs. • Music A&R Experience • Frequent Travelling to tier 2 and tier 3 cities • Contacts in the industry • Good with Presentation • Smart in Communication
