As an Assistant Manager, Outdoors, you will be assisting the Operations Manager in achieving the stated objectives in sales, cost control, and colleague retention whilst ensuring the highest possible standard of guest experience. Maintaining a complete understanding of all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs is an essential part of this role.About youThe ideal candidate must have at least four years of overall experience and a minimum of two years of relevant outdoor experience or other experience related to this field. A solid understanding of business acumen is essential in this role, together with the ability to work with various levels of stakeholders, working well under pressure and adapting to any situation.Join a team that is adventurous, creative, warm-hearted, and extroverted.
