That's why it depends on you personally - let's shape the future of currencies together!Scope and Purpose:To support and guide sales activities in all contractual mattersDefine contracting strategy in alignment with Bid Team (deal shaping), agree with Management if applicableDrive contracting process up to contract signaturePerform contract Statement of Compliance (SoC) in tender/offer phase, contract drafting/preparation/updating and negotiating taking into consideration all internal guidelinesSupport the execution team during implementation phase in high level escalations of disputes or contract changesManage risk exposure and mitigation list during contract negotiations and ensure contract handover to execution teamResolution of contractual matters and contract development during the whole contract lifecycleKey Tasks:Actively support sales in developing new business modelsDrive tender management and create offeringsDrive the contract aspects within the Bid team to ensure that what is offered/sold is defined precisely in the customer contracts including annexes according to defined contracting strategyEnsure that the G+D standard contract templates and guidelines are utilized to the extent possible to assure optimal contractual and commercial KPIsInformation exchange to allow suitable e2e contract alignment with purchasingParticipate in negotiations with the customer in order to challenge disadvantageous contractual termsAlign with global functions (Legal and Compliance) and subsidiaries in contractual mattersGive input for contractual risk assessment and maintain mitigation list during negotiation phase with inputs from Bid teamEnsure contract handover to execution team, including all contract related documents including contract implications, negotiation notes, etc.Execution Phase:Support contract changes, renegotiations and extensions with customerReview contractual risk management activities in alignment with execution teamLead resolution of disputes, or support Legal and Compliance and Sales in dispute resolutionDrive contract development (improvement) with the customer over contract life cycleJob Requirements:Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Law only (strong academic credentials LLL and/or LLB)LLM preferred but not mandatoryMember of a European and/or North American Bar association preferred but not mandatoryMust have minimum 4+ years of experienceStrong and lengthy experience in drafting, reviewing and negotiating contractsStrong negotiation skills and knowledge of legal conceptsProfound commercial understanding with focus on exceptional client serviceGood project management experience and skills (planning, reporting, processes)Strong communication skills and customer-oriented behaviorGood knowledge of and interest in products/services and sales activitiesExcellent team player with good soft skills for use in cross functional and international teamsExpertise in negotiation techniques, contract law, contract drafting, licensingStrong multi-tasking skills and detail orientedAbility to work with challenging individuals/organizationsEnglish & French fluent mandatory (and any other language welcome)We are an equal opportunity employer!
