Our Dubai office was established at the start of 2023 and is fully registered within the DIFC.Job Description:This individual will play an important role within the Investor Relations ("IR") team, specifically focused on Middle East markets, working across King Street's suite of product offerings and strategic initiatives. This individual will collaborate and work closely with a Managing Director supporting all aspects of business initiatives, client service and marketing activities within the Middle East. This person will frequently interact with members of the global IR team and various departments across the firm including Strategy, trading and research, risk management, accounting, legal and compliance.Primary duties and responsibilities include:Contribute to, and project manage specific initiatives and business mandates as it pertains to the Firm's Middle East business activity.Organize and prioritize workstreams.Create and maintain documentation as it relates to Middle East Investor Relations business mandate.Monitor regional trends and industry developments relevant to King Street's activities and product offerings, as well as researching the investor landscape.Create and maintain investor presentations (e.g., fund overviews, market updates and commentary, custom client materials and requests).Assist in preparation for meetings and calls with existing and prospective investors.Assist the NY client service team with requests for information from prospects/clients and investor due diligence process including RFP's and Due Diligence Questionnaires.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree Required3-5 years of experience as a business analyst or in business development within financial markets or investingUnderstanding of credit would be advantageousUnderstanding of Middle East markets and local cultureStrong experience with Microsoft Excel and PowerPointExceptional written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical skills and attention to detailSelf-starter who requires little directionEffective organizational and follow-up skillsAbility to meet deadlines and manage multiple projectsFluent in EnglishKing Street is committed to equal employment opportunity and providing reasonable adjustments to qualified candidates and employees pursuant to applicable law.
